The Executive Management of Business Development grows and diversifies the University’s non-tuition revenue by developing its products and services and turning its expertise and capabilities into value-adding opportunities, strengthening financial sustainability and raising the efficiency with which the University’s resources are invested. It also fosters a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, builds effective partnerships across sectors, and develops programmes and initiatives that meet beneficiaries’ needs and support the growth and reach of the University’s business.

The Facilities Directorate provides an integrated, safe and sustainable campus environment by overseeing the operation and maintenance of the University’s facilities, delivering support services, caring for the environment and the general appearance of the campus, and strengthening security and safety procedures. It works to keep facilities and services continuous and efficient, to raise their quality, to improve the experience of those who use them, and to support teaching, research and administration to the highest approved professional standards and practices.

Campus Life Directorate

The Campus Life Directorate builds a complete university experience that develops students, meets their needs, and supports their stability and integration into campus life. It works along two complementary tracks — student leadership and development, and student services. Students take part in clubs and student councils and benefit from programmes, events and initiatives that develop their personalities and their leadership and social skills and strengthen their participation in campus life. The Directorate also provides a set of support services covering housing, transport, catering, primary health care, and psychological and social support, alongside the facilities and services that improve students’ quality of life. Its aim is a safe, stimulating and enriching campus environment that helps students balance study with university life and build their experience and a positive impact through their years at the University.

Social Responsibility Administration

Sulaiman Alrajhi University holds that its social responsibility is an extension of its educational mission and of its role in serving the community and contributing to sustainable development. The Social Responsibility Administration organises and leads the University’s work in this field by building distinctive initiatives and programmes, strengthening volunteering, activating partnerships with the government, private and non-profit sectors, and enabling the University’s staff and students to take part in serving the community. The Administration focuses on moving from running activities to making impact — identifying community needs and designing measurable initiatives — so as to strengthen the University’s role as an active partner in development and contribute to the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.

Intellectual Awareness Unit

The Intellectual Awareness Unit is responsible for strengthening intellectual awareness within the campus environment, for establishing Islamic values, national identity and loyalty to the homeland and its leadership, and for spreading a culture of moderation, tolerance and coexistence. It also works to prevent intellectual and behavioural deviation, to strengthen intellectual and digital resilience, and to support initiatives, programmes and research that help build an aware and secure university community — preparing a student who is proud of their faith and their country, responsible in conduct, and able to contribute positively to the service of community and nation.

Office of Registration and Academic Advising

The Office of Registration and Academic Advising is the executive body responsible for organising and tracking students’ academic paths from the moment they join the University until they graduate. It aims to ensure that academic regulations are applied and to provide the support students need to succeed in their studies.
