Who we are

About the University

Sulaiman Alrajhi University is a non-profit private university under the endowments of Sheikh Sulaiman Alrajhi, located in Albukairyah Governorate on the Riyadh–Madinah expressway. Its university city comprises academic colleges, housing for male and female students and for faculty members, a teaching and service hospital, a university library, a research centre and a conference hall. It holds an academic partnership with Maastricht University in the Netherlands on the medicine programme, and adopts problem-based and active learning methods.

Organization

Organizational structure

The University is overseen by three governing levels, from which the academic, executive and service directorates branch out.

Board of Trustees

The highest supervisory authority; it sets the University's strategic direction and oversees it. The Audit Committee and the Advisory Council branch from it.

University Council

The body responsible for academic and administrative affairs under the approved regulations.

University President

Leads execution through the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the college deans and the executive directorates.
