How we handle your data when you visit this site — and what we never collect in the first place.
This policy applies to the Sulaiman Alrajhi University informational website only. The University's online systems — the student portal, the admission portal, the e-learning system and university email — are separate systems with their own privacy policies, governed by the terms of their providers.
This site consists of static pages for display only. It contains no registration forms, no user accounts, no payment basket, and no tracking or advertising cookies. We do not ask you for a name, an email address, a national ID number or any personal data, and we do not sell any data to any party.
As with any website, the hosting provider records limited technical data on each visit, for the purposes of operating the site and protecting it from abuse:
These logs are purely technical. They are used for diagnostics and security, are not linked to your identity, and are not used to build a profile about you.
Google Fonts: the site loads the "Cairo" typeface from Google servers, and your IP address reaches those servers as part of that request. This is governed by Google's privacy policy.
External links: the site contains links to University systems and to official social media accounts. Once you leave this site, the policy of the destination applies to you, and we are not responsible for its content or its practices.
Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to be informed of what is collected about you, to access it, and to request its correction or destruction. Since this site collects no personal data, we hold no data about you arising from your visit to it. Data relating to your academic or employment relationship with the University is managed through the relevant systems.
This policy may be updated when new services are added to the site. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this page.
