The AI assistant for student services

A digital assistant powered by artificial intelligence serving students and applicants around the clock, with immediate, accurate answers linked to the student record, through the University website and WhatsApp.

  • Immediate answers on admission, registration, schedules, fees and services
  • Personalised responses built on the student record and academic status
  • Bilingual interaction (Arabic in Saudi dialect / English)
  • Answers grounded in documented sources from University content (RAG)
  • A seamless handover to a specialist member of staff with the full conversation context
  • A unified ticketing system to follow the request through to closure

Built under strict governance

Hosting inside the Kingdom, data minimisation, complete audit logs, and transparency that the user is interacting with an automated assistant, with handover to a human member of staff always available.

The unified student card

A single carrier for the student's identity and services on and off campus — combining identification and access control with payment for services in one credential, available as a smart card or as a mobile credential on the phone.

  • Identification and access control for facilities and examinations
  • Entry to the housing and buildings with permissions updated in real time
  • Boarding the university buses with journey logging
  • Payment in restaurants, canteens and self-service outlets
  • A mobile credential on the phone (Apple / Google Wallet)
  • An in-app verification code where no reader is available

One digital credential in three forms

An encrypted contactless smart card, a mobile credential in the digital wallet, and an in-app verification code. Full data ownership rests with the University, with financial permissions kept separate from physical access permissions.
