As part of its strategic direction towards building an effective network of executive relationships, Sulaiman Alrajhi University organised the Executives' Social Gathering, held by the Campus Life Directorate in cooperation with the School of Business last Friday evening at the Alrajhi Maqsurah in Albukairyah Governorate, with the participation of 291 male and female leaders from various government, private and non-profit sectors. The gathering affirms one of the core objectives of the executive programmes at the School of Business, namely strengthening professional partnerships and widening the circles of communication among executive leaders as a fundamental pillar in creating impact and opening new horizons for opportunities. The gathering began with an official reception for the participants, supervised by Mr. Yousef A. Alrajhi, followed by an introductory programme and a tour of the facilities of the heritage maqsurah. The social setting provided an interactive space that allowed attendees to become acquainted and to build quality professional relationships in an informal environment that fosters closeness and supports opportunities for cooperation. The programme included interactive sessions focused on strategic networking and the exchange of views between executive leaders and faculty, in addition to exploring partnership opportunities across different sectors, contributing to the building of a network of relationships based on trust, integration and mutual benefit. In his address, the Dean of School of Business, Dr. Ahmed Al Twaijri, affirmed that the executive programmes are not limited to delivering academic content but are concerned with building a connected leadership community, noting that excellence in building professional relationships and creating effective partnerships is a principal objective that the School seeks to establish in all its initiatives. He added that a leader's strength is measured not only by their decisions, but by their ability to build a strategic network of relationships that enhances their influence and broadens the scope of their work. For his part, Mr. Mohammed Nasser Al Brady, Assistant Vice President for Student Experience, explained that such gatherings represent a practical platform for strengthening communication among executive leaders, enabling them to expand their professional networks and to build sustainable links that contribute to the exchange of experience and the launch of joint initiatives serving various sectors. The gathering concluded with dinner in a cordial atmosphere that strengthened professional ties among those present and confirmed that carefully designed social gatherings can be a starting point for long-term strategic partnerships. Through these initiatives, Sulaiman Alrajhi University continues to establish its vision that executive excellence is complete only through building strong relationships, quality partnerships and sustainable bridges of communication among leaders, supporting the creation of new opportunities and enhancing integration across different sectors.
