Sulaiman Alrajhi University signed a memorandum of understanding with the Patients' Friends Association in Unaizah to strengthen cooperation between the two parties in providing medical expertise and training and consulting services, in support of the development of health services.
The University was represented at the signing by the University President, Dr. Muhammad A. Al-Mohaimeed, while the Patients' Friends Association in Unaizah was represented by its Executive Director, Mr. Basel Abalkhail.
The memorandum covers cooperation in developing health facilities and services in line with approved standards, delivering training and qualification programmes and health workshops, as well as providing suitable employment opportunities for students.
The areas of cooperation also include conducting joint health and medical research and studies, exchanging data and expertise, supervising research projects, and holding awareness programmes and events aimed at promoting health and serving the community.
